RPM Performance Hyundai i20N Induction Kit & Turbo Inlet Adapter

RPM Performance is proud to introduce the Hyundai i20N Induction Kit & Turbo Inlet Adapter for the Hyundai i20N, designed to deliver enhanced performance and a striking upgrade to your engine bay.

This complete plug-and-play kit includes an enlarged turbo inlet adaptor, CNC-machined hose couplers, and a high-flow silicone inlet hose, available in Performance Blue and Black.

The larger inlet elbow significantly increases the volume of air flowing from the air filter to the turbo, addressing one of the key airflow restrictions in the factory setup. The OEM cast aluminum elbow is notably compact, making it a prime component for improvement as enthusiasts push for higher boost levels and greater performance from the 1.6L turbocharged engine.

Additionally, the OEM plastic inlet hose features internal ribs and steps that disrupt and slow airflow, creating unnecessary turbulence. The RPM Performance silicone hose eliminates these restrictions, ensuring smoother, faster air delivery and improved throttle response.

The silicone construction of the RPM Performance inlet hose resists heat transfer, maintaining consistent temperatures and performance even under demanding conditions.

The Turbo Inlet Adaptor is designed much like a velocity stack, directing airflow efficiently into the turbocharger while maintaining greater air volume within the intake system. This results in a more responsive engine, particularly noticeable during acceleration after deceleration or between gear changes.

RPM PERFORMANCE Hyundai I20N GPF Delete:

Here at RPM Performance, we successfully manufacture Hyundai I20N GPF Deletes. It is unlike typical GPF Deletes on the market.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and hand-crafted in the United Kingdom!

The Resonated GPF Delete is approximately 10dB quieter than the non-resonated version. Logos and part numbers can also be etched to give an original equipment look.

What is a GPF?

Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF) are an emissions after-treatment technology based on Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), developed to control particulate emissions from Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines.

It is also the most restrictive component of the exhaust system. Our GPF Delete increases gas flow for maximum output.

What will it sound like?

Turbocharged engines need to be able to breathe. By removing the stock GPF for the RPM PERFORMANCE GPF Delete, you effectively increase flow, so you should notice a slight increase in power and a significant increase in sound, especially during overrun.

Will the Engine Management Light (EML) illuminate?

No.

Unlike many others, we have fitted an internal element for EML control/suppression, which prevents it from coming on.

Our GPF Deletes are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock GPF and have a 2.5" diameter.
