Carbon fibre front fenders for i30N
The Forge Motorsport Intercooler for the Hyundai Kona N builds on the success of the intercooler for the i30N. The version modified for the Hyundai Kona N adds 21 hp and 28 Nm of torque. The bar-and-plate core has 27% more volume than the original part.
This fully HOMOLOGATED system has been professionally tuned in an acoustic chamber. This guarantees you will enjoy a more attractive and fuller sound than the original system, while remaining 100% legal and without any impact on comfort. You will also meet all noise limits even with the flap open (which is, after all, part of the homologation process). Thanks to the aforementioned sound tuning in the acoustic chamber, we can also guarantee that the sound will never become annoying, even on longer journeys. It's simply a professional product developed and tuned in Austria to fit the i20N by the same team of engineers who develop systems directly for car manufacturers such as AMG, Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati, McLaren or Porsche. The exhaust system has absolutely no impact on emissions or the emission system as such, and you don't have to worry about voiding the vehicle's warranty. The sound control system is retained via the on-board computer using the original electric motor and original wiring, meaning no change for the user. However, to maximize the potential of the exhaust system, we also recommend purchasing our external sound control, which allows you to control the flap as needed using a wireless controller. This will further maximise the sound of your system.

Why change your downpipe?
To get the most out of your turbocharged engine, you need to change the downpipes. By replacing the manifold with our Sports Cat downpipe, you allow the turbo to breathe better as you have dramatically improved the flow of the system. This effectively increases the vehicle's torque and power.
Why RPM Performance downpipes?
In our sports CAT downpipes, we use an extremely high-quality 200-cell catalytic converter, providing you with the benefits of performance and road legality. We have also designed the downpipe to allow refitting the standard heat shield. Our downpipes are made entirely from T304 stainless steel and do not disrupt flow. Fully TIG welded to ensure they last!

Roll cage with seat belt for i30N.
Attention: Not for vehicles with a panoramic roof!
The installation of roll cages does not require any drilling into the body. The entire cage is anchored to existing structural mounting points in the vehicle's body (e.g. seat mounts, IsoFix, etc.). This allows for easy installation and the possibility to revert the car to its original state at any time. The cage fulfils its function 100% and significantly increases the body's torsional rigidity.

Integrated straps for attaching the shoulder harnesses
Heigo® Clevis Head Attachment: The advantage of this attachment is that our proven Clevis Head® system is used on all tube ends. The length of the struts can be continuously adjusted using this screw system, and the length adjustment increases the rigidity of the cage/roll bar.
The harness bar is positioned slightly back in the main bar and runs horizontally behind the front seats from left to right.
Shoulder straps for 4/6-point harnesses can be attached to this bar. The height of the harness bar creates a better angle for the shoulder straps than if they were attached to the rear seat. This puts less strain on the spine in the event of an accident.
