Forge Motorsport boost pipe for Hyundai i30N facelift / Kona N

The original air ducting from the intercooler to the throttle body (boost pipe) has been replaced by a Forge Motorsport pipe enlarged by 20%, aiding faster turbocharger response. The solid aluminum part, with a black structured finish, has an internal diameter of 66mm, which also matches the throttle body's internal diameter. In combination with silicone hoses, this is the perfect upgrade for modified Hyundai i30N facelift, Hyundai Kona N, and Hyundai Veloster N facelift.

The solid aluminum pipe features the necessary CNC-machined adapters for the MAP sensor, turbo solenoid, and blow-off valve. Located just before the throttle body, it also features an additional 1/8" NPT adapter for methanol or nitrous oxide injection to maintain the lowest possible intake air temperature.

For maximum protection against the ingress of warm air, we recommend wrapping the aluminum pipe with gold heat reflective tape, which reflects radiant heat away from the engine.
