Forge Motorsport Oil Cooler for Hyundai Kona N

Following the successful launch of the Forge Motorsport oil cooler for the Hyundai i30N, we are pleased to introduce an oil cooling solution for the Hyundai Kona N.

The cooler itself is taken directly from the BTCC racing series, where it has proven its worth and performed excellently on winning cars in recent years. The core is reliably usable for fast road use and trackdays. Thanks to specifically designed accessories, this kit is a Plug & Play solution for the Kona N.

Without a powerful external cooler, a significant increase in oil temperature can be observed on the i30N and Kona N, especially during trackdays or normal use in hot summer months. The temperature increase then naturally leads to poorer engine lubrication, which can ultimately result in engine damage. The temperature increase is significantly limited with the use of the Forge Motorsport cooler, thanks to its location on the front of the car in front of the water radiator, where it has an ideal supply of fresh air.

The Forge Motorsport FMOC14 oil cooler, unlike others, also retains the factory oil-water heat exchanger, essentially doubling the oil cooling capacity.

In addition to the cooler itself, the kit includes a precisely shaped bracket for use on the Hyundai Kona N, braided hoses of exact length, and a sandwich adapter including a thermostat. All of this makes the kit 100% Plug & Play.
