Forge Motorsport Open Blow Off Valve (BOV) Kit for Ford Fiesta ST MK8

Based on high demand, Forge Motorsport has developed an open blow off valve (BOV) kit for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST, both of which are factory produced without a blow off valve.

Much like Forge Motorsport once developed a blow off valve for the Ford Escort RS turbo, following the factory solution on the Sierra Cosworth, you can now enjoy the characteristic sound of venting air and extend the life of your car's turbocharger with a blow off valve for the eighth generation Ford Fiesta ST and the latest Puma ST.

For these cars, Forge Motorsport uses a dual-piston valve that provides a fantastic sound when venting air, as well as a quick throttle response during gear changes. The valve helps the turbocharger maintain turbine speed even after the throttle pedal is released, so it doesn't need to be spun up again every time the throttle pedal is depressed again. This saves the turbocharger and extends its life.

The valve is supplied as standard with a spring suitable for the car's standard power output, and the package also includes a reinforced blue spring for cars tuned to Stage1 power.
