The Forge Motorsport turbo muffler delete has a smooth and unrestricted internal profile compared to the original outlet of the compressor part of the turbocharger. The sole function of the factory muffler is to eliminate the sound manifestations of the turbocharger. It fulfils this purpose excellently, but it also disrupts the airflow from the turbocharger. Besides, who would mind listening to the sound of the turbocharger while driving?
The original baffle chamber has been completely replaced by a CNC-machined adapter that smoothly guides air from the turbocharger to the intercooler. The rubber hose is then replaced with a silicone part that resists high temperatures, pressure and the effects of ageing.
By using the Forge Motorsport turbo muffler delete, you will achieve a faster throttle response and an attractive turbo sound.
The replacement takes place by directly replacing the factory outlet from the turbo with a Forge Motorsport part.
