Instructions for use and dilution
Before treating external plastic and rubber parts, wash the surface with APC and dry with a clean microfibre cloth. Apply undiluted product with a microfibre pad and, in the case of porous or faded plastics, repeat the process after one hour to obtain a homogeneous surface.

For treating faded and worn external plastics, use the product undiluted.
For faded interior plastics in the passenger compartment dilute the product at a ratio of 1:1 (1 part product and 1 part water).
To achieve a natural effect, dilute the product at a ratio of 1:2 (1 part product and 2 parts water).

To achieve an even effect we recommend applying the solution directly to a cloth or microfibre applicator and spreading it on the surface to be treated. Finally, wipe off the product with a clean, dry microfibre cloth.

What is the difference between this product and a regular dashboard polish?
The "MANIAC - Plastic Cleaning and Protection" product does not contain silicones, is water-resistant because it protects the treated parts by sealing them, and does not fade when in contact with raindrops. Other water-based polishes, for example, dissolve on the doors in the rain, leaving stains and streaks. On tyres, the "MANIAC - Plastic Cleaning and Protection" product is more resistant to weathering and repels dirt. Last but not least, it provides dressing and UV protection to surfaces.

Do I need to wash the surface before applying "MANIAC Line - PLASTIC CLEANING AND PROTECTION"?
As we have seen, the surface to be treated must first be carefully cleaned with APC and dried with a microfibre cloth.

Does this product polish plastics?
No, the product has no polishing effects.

What kind of finish does the product leave on the plastic?
It is applied undiluted to external plastic parts, where it revives and saturates the colour without creating a glittery or glossy effect. In a diluted state in a ratio of 1:1 (1 part of the product to 1 part of water), it creates a natural, even finish on the interior plastic parts.

Does "MANIAC - PLASTIC CLEANING AND PROTECTION" have a water-repellent effect that is resistant to washing off and prevents the formation of unsightly marks and streaks?
Yes, it does not contain silicones, but it does contain valuable polymers that make the surface water-resistant and protect it from UV radiation.
