As part of our expanding Hyundai product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to release an uprated Oil Catch Can Kit suitable for track and fast road use.

Oil catch cans are an essential preventative addition that ensures the performance and efficiency of direct injection engines do not diminish over time.

AIRTEC Motorsport's solution, developing an Oil Catch Can Kit specifically for the i30N model, utilises the available space to integrate seamlessly into the engine bay. The kit features a high-quality machined bracket with a satin black powder coated finish, allowing the oil catch cans to be mounted neatly.

The kit itself is internally baffled and includes a dipstick and can be separated for ease of maintenance. It is supplied with a comprehensive fitting kit that includes all fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed installation instructions.

Why do I need an oil catch can?
The original oil breather set up can cause carbon build up issues inside the engine's intake system over time. It creates an oily sludge that coats parts of the intake and inlet valves, which reduces airflow, and therefore performance and efficiency.

Once the deposits form, they are costly to clean, so it makes sense to take preventative measures to stop carbon deposits forming. The catch can also filters harmful impurities before they get into the intake system.
