Seat console + adapter for Hyundai I30N - passenger side

Seat mounting is primarily a component important for safety, and as such, we have designed it.
Each of our components has undergone FEM simulation to primarily ensure safety and thus optimise weight.
Function:
We achieve the lowest possible seat position in front of the steering wheel, while also being centred.
The cut-outs and shape of the components are not chosen arbitrarily, but are based on the results of calculations and simulations of stress curves under load.
Less fastening material, less effort, smooth installation, with maximum use of the given installation space.
Measurement of the installation space in advance using a 3D laser scanner.
Reduction of the lever arms between the fixing points, resulting in a lower torque on the components.
