Here at RPM Performance, we successfully 3D print our own intakes for the Hyundai i20N. It's not like other air intakes on the market. We have spent many hours using CAD and CFD simulations to ensure maximum cold air to the air filter.

Our air intake directs forced cold air directly into the air box or air filter. This results in instant throttle response and constantly maintains cool air. The scoop allows a high volume of air to pass through and provides a more pronounced intake sound, especially when using aftermarket air filters. Our intake scoop is positioned directly behind the grille for maximum air intake and comes in red or black to stand out if desired.

The intake features a 3D printed finish. No cutting is required as you can remove the cover to fit. Alternatively, the shroud can be cut if desired.

RPM Performance is proud to introduce the Hyundai i20N Induction Kit & Turbo Inlet Adapter for the Hyundai i20N, designed to deliver enhanced performance and a striking upgrade to your engine bay.

This complete plug-and-play kit includes an enlarged turbo inlet adaptor, CNC-machined hose couplers, and a high-flow silicone inlet hose, available in Performance Blue and Black.

The larger inlet elbow significantly increases the volume of air flowing from the air filter to the turbo, addressing one of the key airflow restrictions in the factory setup. The OEM cast aluminum elbow is notably compact, making it a prime component for improvement as enthusiasts push for higher boost levels and greater performance from the 1.6L turbocharged engine.

Additionally, the OEM plastic inlet hose features internal ribs and steps that disrupt and slow airflow, creating unnecessary turbulence. The RPM Performance silicone hose eliminates these restrictions, ensuring smoother, faster air delivery and improved throttle response.

The silicone construction of the RPM Performance inlet hose resists heat transfer, maintaining consistent temperatures and performance even under demanding conditions.

The Turbo Inlet Adaptor is designed much like a velocity stack, directing airflow efficiently into the turbocharger while maintaining greater air volume within the intake system. This results in a more responsive engine, particularly noticeable during acceleration after deceleration or between gear changes.
