RPM Performance Hyundai I30N Resonated GPF Delete:

Here at RPM Performance, we successfully manufacture resonated GPF's for the Hyundai I30N. It's not like a normal GPF Delete on the market.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel and professionally welded and hand made Tig in the United Kingdom!

What is a GPF?

Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF) are an emissions after-treatment technology based on Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), developed to control particulate emissions from Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines.

It is also the most restrictive part of the exhaust. Our resonated GPF will increase gas flow but won't be as loud as our GPF delete.

What will it sound like?

Turbo engines need to be able to breathe. By removing the stock GPF for the RPM PERFORMANCE GPF Delete, you effectively increase flow, so you should notice a slight increase in power and a significant increase in sound, especially when overruning.

Will the engine management light (EML) come on?

None.

Unlike many others, we have fitted an internal part to control/switch the EML, which prevents it from turning on.

Our resonated GPFs are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock GPF and are 3" in diameter.

The Forge Motorsport Enlarged Turbo Inlet is a direct replacement for the restrictive and unsightly factory turbo pipe for the Hyundai i20N. Available in black, red and light blue.

Seat mounting is primarily a component important for safety, and as such, we have designed it.
Each of our components has undergone FEM simulation to primarily ensure safety and thus optimise weight.
Function:
We achieve the lowest possible seat position in front of the steering wheel, while also being centred.
The cut-outs and shape of the components are not chosen arbitrarily, but are based on the results of calculations and simulations of stress curves under load.
Less fastening material, less effort, smooth installation, with maximum use of the given installation space.
Measurement of the installation space in advance using a 3D laser scanner.
Reduction of the lever arms between the fixing points, resulting in a lower torque on the components.

This strut brace is designed to significantly improve chassis stiffness and handling by reinforcing the front towers. By reducing front suspension flex during hard cornering and acceleration, it improves steering precision and overall vehicle stability.

This brace, manufactured in-house using CNC fibre laser cutters and CNC machined components, ensures strength and quality. Every detail is crafted to meet the demands of both street and track.
This brace has been designed with performance in mind and has been FEA tested, exhibiting excellent strength with only 1mm of deflection when a force of 1000Nm is applied to the strut. This ensures consistent suspension geometry and more predictable handling under load.

Installation is straightforward, requiring only a few bolts and no permanent modifications.
Importantly, this upgrade maintains your ride comfort and delivers performance without compromising everyday driveability.

Here at RPM Performance, we successfully manufacture Hyundai I30N GPF Deletes. It's not like a normal GPF Delete on the market.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel and professionally welded and hand made Tig in the United Kingdom!

These can be etched with original part numbers, so the GPF Delete looks like a replica of the standard GPF.

Resonated vs Straight Through

The straight-through GPF Delete is the loudest version of the GPF Delete and has no silencing. If you plan to run this and uprated flexi, your vehicle should pass noise tests on a race track.

The resonated GPF Delete is about 10dB quieter than the straight-through version. It is still straight through with no restriction, but internally dampens the sound within. The resonated version is intended as a middle ground between a standard OEM GPF and a straight-through GPF delete. This product works very well when paired with a Decat or Sports Cat.
