This rear silencer is a racing alternative to the homologated silencer. The difference lies in the different internal construction with the aim of an even sportier and more aggressive sound for true circuit enthusiasts and more extroverted owners. As a result, this part does not meet homologation because it exceeds the noise limit with the valve open and therefore has a 'racing' sticker. The remaining information is the same as for the homologated part. For maximum utilisation of the mechanical potential of the system and independence from the set on-board mode, we recommend purchasing external sound control.

This fully HOMOLOGATED system has been professionally tuned in an acoustic chamber. This guarantees you'll enjoy a more attractive and full-bodied sound than the original system, while maintaining 100% legality and without any impact on comfort. You'll also meet all noise limits even with the valve open (which is, after all, part of the homologation process). Thanks to the aforementioned sound tuning in the acoustic chamber, we can also guarantee that the sound will never become annoying, even on longer journeys. It's simply a professional product developed and tuned in Austria to fit the i20N by the same team of engineers who develop systems directly for car manufacturers such as AMG, Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati, McLaren or Porsche. The exhaust system has absolutely no impact on emissions or the emission system as such, and you don't have to worry about voiding the vehicle's warranty. The sound control system is retained via the on-board computer using the original electric motor and original wiring, so there is no change for the user. However, to maximise the potential of the exhaust system, we also recommend purchasing our external sound control, which allows you to control the valve as needed using a wireless controller. This will further maximise the sound of your system.
