RPM Performance Hyundai I30N Resonated GPF Delete:

Here at RPM Performance, we successfully manufacture resonated GPF's for the Hyundai I30N. It is unlike normal GPF Deletes on the market.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and hand-crafted in the United Kingdom!

What is a GPF?

Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF) are an emissions after-treatment technology based on Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), developed to control particulate emissions from Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines.

It is also the most restrictive part of the exhaust system. Our resonated GPF will increase gas flow but won't be as loud as our GPF deletes.

What will it sound like?

Turbocharged engines need to be able to breathe. By removing the stock GPF for the RPM PERFORMANCE GPF Delete, you effectively increase flow, so you should notice a slight increase in power and a significant increase in sound, especially during overrun.

Will the Engine Management Light (EML) illuminate?

No.

Unlike many others, we have fitted an internal component to control/switch the EML, preventing it from turning on.

Our resonated GPFs are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock GPF and have a 3-inch diameter.

Each of our components has undergone FEM simulation to ensure safety and optimize its weight.

We achieve the lowest possible seating position in front of the steering wheel, while remaining centered within it.
The cut-outs and shape of the components are not chosen arbitrarily, but are based on the results of calculations and simulations of stress curves under load conditions.

Measurement of the installation space in advance using a 3D laser scanner.
Reduction of the lever arms between the fixing points, resulting in lower torque on the components.
