RPM Performance Hyundai I30N Resonated GPF Delete:

Here at RPM Performance, we successfully manufacture resonated GPF's for the Hyundai I30N. It is unlike normal GPF Deletes on the market.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and hand-crafted in the United Kingdom!

What is a GPF?

Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF) are an emissions after-treatment technology based on Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), developed to control particulate emissions from Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines.

It is also the most restrictive part of the exhaust system. Our resonated GPF will increase gas flow but won't be as loud as our GPF deletes.

What will it sound like?

Turbocharged engines need to be able to breathe. By removing the stock GPF for the RPM PERFORMANCE GPF Delete, you effectively increase flow, so you should notice a slight increase in power and a significant increase in sound, especially during overrun.

Will the Engine Management Light (EML) illuminate?

No.

Unlike many others, we have fitted an internal component to control/switch the EML, preventing it from turning on.

Our resonated GPFs are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock GPF and have a 3-inch diameter.

At RPM Performance, we're proud to offer a precision-engineered strut brace for the Hyundai i30N PFL / FL.

This strut brace is designed to significantly improve chassis stiffness and handling by reinforcing the front strut towers. By reducing front suspension flex during hard cornering and acceleration, it improves steering precision and overall vehicle stability.

This brace, manufactured in-house using CNC fiber laser cutters and CNC-machined components, ensures strength and quality. Every detail is crafted to meet the demands of both street and track.
This brace has been designed with performance in mind and FEA tested, exhibiting excellent strength with only 1mm of deflection when a force of 1000Nm is applied to the strut. This ensures consistent suspension geometry and more predictable handling under load.

Installation is straightforward, requiring only a few bolts and no permanent modifications.
Importantly, this upgrade maintains your ride comfort and delivers performance without compromising everyday driveability.

Here at RPM Performance, we successfully manufacture Hyundai I30N GPF Deletes. It is unlike typical GPF Deletes on the market.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and hand-crafted in the United Kingdom!

These can be etched with original part numbers, making the GPF Delete look like a replica of the standard GPF.

Resonated vs Straight Through

The straight-through GPF Delete is the loudest version and has no silencing. If you plan to run this and an uprated flexi pipe, your vehicle should pass noise tests on a race track.

The resonated GPF Delete is about 10dB quieter than the straight-through version. It is still straight-through with no restriction, but internally dampens the sound. The resonated version is intended as a middle ground between a standard OEM GPF and a straight-through GPF delete. This product works very well when paired with a decat or sports cat.
