Our advanced flap control allows you to control the exhaust flaps of your Hyundai i20N manually using a manual transmitter – for individual sound settings according to your wishes.

Introducing our NEWLY MANUFACTURED Hyundai I20N 1.6T GDi Flexi pipes, made from T304 stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and hand made by us in the UK!

Why Change the Flexi?

The standard OEM flexi is considered the most restrictive part of the exhaust system on the I30N, as the bore diameter necks down to approximately 50mm. RPM PERFORMANCE Hyundai I20N Flexi is a true 76mm (3”), so you will see a gain of 6-8bhp over the standard flexi. By changing the flexi pipe, you allow the vehicle to breathe better, as it has a free flowing design that reduces back pressure and actually improves throttle response. This is why there is an increase in torque and horsepower once fitted to the vehicle.

How will it sound?

Video coming soon. But equipped with GPF delete, the 'pops and bangs' are much sharper, especially on overrun.

Will the engine management light (EML) come on?

No, not at all.

There is even the option to prevent the EML from coming on if fitted with a Decat ONLY. When fitted with the standard original downpipe there is no EML, therefore a sensor tube is not required.

Fitment

Our Flexi pipes are a direct bolt-on replacement requiring no cutting or welding. All are supplied ready to fit with the correct bolts.

The Forge Motorsport hybrid blow-off valve for the Hyundai i20N combines atmospheric (open) and recirculating (closed) valve functionality depending on the valve configuration.

Sports intake kit with foam or cotton filter and heat shield for Hyundai i20N cars.

RPM PERFORMANCE Hyundai I20N GPF Delete:

Here at RPM Performance, we successfully manufacture Hyundai I20N GPF Deletes. It is unlike typical GPF Deletes on the market.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel, professionally TIG welded and hand-crafted in the United Kingdom!

The Resonated GPF Delete is approximately 10dB quieter than the non-resonated version. Logos and part numbers can also be etched to give an original equipment look.

What is a GPF?

Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF) are an emissions after-treatment technology based on Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), developed to control particulate emissions from Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines.

It is also the most restrictive component of the exhaust system. Our GPF Delete increases gas flow for maximum output.

What will it sound like?

Turbocharged engines need to be able to breathe. By removing the stock GPF for the RPM PERFORMANCE GPF Delete, you effectively increase flow, so you should notice a slight increase in power and a significant increase in sound, especially during overrun.

Will the Engine Management Light (EML) illuminate?

No.

Unlike many others, we have fitted an internal element for EML control/suppression, which prevents it from coming on.

Our GPF Deletes are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock GPF and have a 2.5" diameter.

The Forge Motorsport Enlarged Turbo Inlet is a direct replacement for the restrictive and unsightly factory turbo pipe for the Hyundai i20N. Available in black, red and light blue.
